The team that resides in our studio all have different skills, that collectively provide a blend of styles, approaches and personalities. Our experience covers all aspects of creative design, marketing cleverness and digital media. We are very much in front of thinking about technology and constantly look forward at how ideas and methods of communicating change and develop.

This balance of people and know-how, creates an environment of creative flexibility which makes the work produced by Creative both dynamic and innovative, but at the same time grounded. All in all, it is the people at Creative that makes it what it is.

We also run a proactive intern programme that looks to develop new talent and offer opportunities for graduates and students to absorb a live studio experience. We currently have design based students from across the creative industries and our first intern we have helped set up a film and media enterprise, OIK Community.
